We come from all walks of life, professional and cultural backgrounds and educational settings. We truly believe that it’s the combination of our diverse skillsets that help to make Jurmaine Health the most unique and specialised collective of brain and body experts in Victoria. Each member of the clinical team has post-graduate qualifications in their respective fields of specialisation, and each brings a novel and unique approach to health and recovery.

Brain Team

Dr Judy Tang

Director & Clinical Neuropsychologist

BSC (Behavioural Neuroscience & Psychology, DPSYCH (Clinical Neuropsychology), MAPS.

Dr Judy Tang has over 10 years of career and academic expertise in Clinical Neuropsychology. With a Dpsych (professional doctorate) in Clinical Neuropsychology from Monash University (2008) and a Bachelor of Science with honours (majoring in psychology and behavioural neuroscience), she provides neuropsychological services for medico-legal and community settings, workshops and seminars both to her professional peers and wider community, as well as advocacy in the areas of health and community care.

Evelyn Chen

Clinical Neuropsychologist

BA., Dip Ed., MPsych (Clinical Neuropsychology), PhD candidate

Li Peng Evelyn Chen is a Clinical Neuropsychologist, with a Masters in Clinical Neuropsychology from The University of Melbourne and currently undertaking her PhD at the same institution. Evelyn provides neuropsychological assessments in medico-legal, forensic, inpatient and community rehabilitation, and other community settings. Evelyn has provided workshops and seminars regarding neuropsychology and brain health to professional peers and the broader community.

In research, she has been involved in the areas of substance use disorders, dementia, and traumatic brain injury. For her PhD, she is investigating the validity and reliability of tracking cognitive recovery in patients following mild traumatic brain injury or concussion using smartphones (visit www.checkcog.org). Evelyn is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, APS College of Clinical Neuropsychology (CCN), and Australasian Society for the Study of Brain Impairment (ASSBI).


Nga Yan (Connie) Tse

Clincial Neuropsychologist

BPsych(Hons), MPsych (Clinical Neuropsychology), PhD Candidate, MAPS

Connie is a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar with clinical experience working across a diverse range of settings, including acquired brain injury, geriatrics, neurology, mental health and paediatrics across inpatient and community settings. She has extensive experience working with clients across the life span presenting with a myriad of difficulties, including mental health disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, learning disabilities, neurodegenerative disorders, neurological disorders, behavioural difficulties and trauma. She has substantial experience in comprehensive neuropsychological assessments (including intellectual and academic assessments), cognitive rehabilitation and decision-making capacity assessments.

Connie completed a Bachelor of Psychology (with Honours) at Monash University and a Master of Clinical Neuropsychology at Macquarie University. She is a fully registered psychologist with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Aside from English, Connie speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and Hokkien (Taiwanese).

Alana Collins

Neuropsychology Registrar

B.A (Hons in Psychology), M.Psych (Clinical Neuropsychology), MAPS

Alana is a registered Psychologist, and a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar. She completed her Masters in Clinical Neuropsychology from The University of Melbourne in 2019. Alana has clinical experience working across a diverse range of settings, including acquired brain injury, inpatient rehabilitation, mental health, paediatrics and neurology. She also works two days a week in epilepsy research and has previously worked as a therapist for children and teenagers with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Dr Shermain Wong

Director & Chiropractor


Dr Shermain Wong is a chiropractor with expertise in general treatment and over 11 years experience. With a Masters in Clinical Chiropractic from RMIT University, Shermain has provided chiropractic and movement rehabilitation services at international sporting competitions, professional dancers, professional football players and professional athletes.

Jacqueline Swiatlowski

Chiropractor & Office Manager


Dr Jacqueline Swiatlowski is a qualified chiropractor with over 6 years of experience. She has worked in a range of different environments including roles within the allied health industry, professional sporting clubs as well as in her own private practice. With a Master of Clinical Chiropractic from RMIT University as well as a number of additional qualifications, including Active Release Technique (ART), Animal Flow and a Certificate III & IV in Fitness from the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers, Jacqueline is an expert in movement restoration and chiropractic care. In the past she has worked alongside local athletes, including players from the Western Eagles Soccer Club, Melbourne City Soccer Club and the Coburg Lions Football Club. In her role at Jurmaine Health, Jacqueline’s main focus is treating patients and looking after their health.
